RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We stand behind our 100% natural, premium raw makhana. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we make it right.

1. Return Window

You have 2 days

After 2 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or process refunds.

2. What Can Be Returned

You can return products if:

  • The package is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • The wrong product was delivered

3. Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, your product must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In original, intact packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Note: Since makhana is a perishable, natural food product, opened items cannot be returned.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 2 days post delivery via website
  2. Provide your order number and reasons for return
  3. Include photos if the product is damaged
  4. Wait for approval from our team

5. Return Shipping

Once your return is approved:

  • You will need to ship the item back to us
  • Please keep the tracking number for your records

6. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • For purchases made by credit/debit card, refunds go back to your original payment method
  • Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund

7. Refund Amount

  • You’ll receive a refund for the product value
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

8. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Report it to us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery)
  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We’ll either send a replacement or process a refund

9. Wrong Item Delivered

If we delivered the wrong product:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number
  • We’ll arrange to pick up the wrong item at no cost to you
  • Send you the correct product by next available shipment

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or partially consumed makhana
  • Gift cards or promotional codes
  • Products returned after the 2-day window
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

11. Delivery Issues

If your order doesn’t arrive:

  • Check the tracking number we provided
  • Contact your courier partner
  • If lost after 5 days, contact us with tracking info
  • We’ll either send a replacement or refund

12. Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you:

  • You’ll be responsible for any extra shipping costs
  • We’ll help arrange re-delivery once you confirm the correct address

13. Late or Missing Refunds

If you don’t see a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account and spam email folder
  • Contact your bank—they may be processing it
  • If still missing, contact us with proof (screenshots of bank statement)

14. Exception: Sale Items

Items purchased at a discounted or sale price have limited return options. Check the product page for details on sale items.
